In return for being a member you will receive a death benefit, pension, vacation/holiday pay, and access to continued education for your Wisconsin Electrical license at no cost.
Contractor: Do I have to pay benefits if the employee is not working? Answer: No. Benefits are paid on hours worked.
Contractor: Is seniority involved when it comes time to layoff an employee? Answer: No. Seniority does not apply in construction.
